17 year old Sandeep Lamichhane makes history as the first Nepali Daredevil in IPL.

Sandeep Lamichhane is the latest spin bowling star and now has made history as the first Nepali player at the Indian Premier League under the Delhi Daredevils Franchise after being bid a whopping amount of INR 20 Lakhs. Way to go star!
Lamichhane took 12 wickets in nine matches for Nepal during the WCL Championship. He also took nine wickets in seven matches last month in Nepal’s franchise T20 competition, the Everest Premier League.

Despite being only 17, Lamichhane already has a wealth of experience in various competitions under his belt and, coming from a strong cricket culture which regularly sees crowds of 15000 attend domestic matches in Kathmandu, it’s suitable to say that he’ll be praised by the magnitude of being a part of the IPL.
    Nepal is proud already!
